New Blog

Salutations everyone,

I am going to share just a little bit of my back story and what this blog is about.

My name is Scott and I am a father to 3 beautiful children, Kenny who is 9, Chloe who is 7, and Samuel who is just a baby.

I met my soon to be ex-wife 10 and a half years ago and Kenny was conceived relatively quickly there after. Fast forward almost 2 years and we have Chloe. Then about 3 or 4 years after that we finally get married.

Our marriage was a very rocky one and had a lot of issues. In may of 2012 we seperated for a short period of time and she took off to Texas to be with a different man. I ask her to come home after speaking with my pastor and really work towards forgiving her for her actions. We found out that she was pregnant during the time that she was down there with our third child. I work through forgiving her and I genuinely learn to forgive her and not hold it against her.

in February of 2013 Samuel was born and I thought things were going well. I thought we were happy, but one day I come home to an empty house.  She has run off with the children at this time to Texas with this guy. I try to provide her a way out and she would not go to where she needed to go for me to come and get her. She continuously lied about where she was and being lost. After exhausting all options with the police I hired an attorney and got a court order for the return of my children.

After gathering information on her location for the next several days I find proof that she is down there with him on facebook. So I start the process I need to get my children back and home with me. I leave Friday after work and arrive down in Texarkana on Saturday. After extensively trying to meet with her and get the kids back she doesn’t show up.

Sunday I drive back to Texarkana and make arrangements to meet with her, but she only wants to bring me the two older children. I meet with her and serve her the paperwork at which point she assaults me. I make an attempt to get the police to help me get Samuel from her, but she lies about his identity to them and it being the south they don’t want to take a baby from it’s mother unless they have absolute proof.

Not having the heart to throw her in jail at that point to get Samuel back I make an agreement with her. If Samuel is the other guys son I will sign off my rights to him, but if he is mine he was to be immediately returned to me.

Fast forward and Sammy is my child and she still has yet to return him to me. I’ll be glad to have him home and I pray that it can be done in a peaceful manner.
