Some motivation required

Good Morning,

I am currently working on my plans for exercise. I really have absolutely no idea when it comes to the gym. I can get on the treadmill or the elliptical and get going, but that is all I really now how to do.

I lack motivation to exercise, though a T-Rex chasing me would probably do it. Unless I decided I was too slow and it was going to eat me anyhow. I’d go all Gennaro from Jurrasic park and just hide in the bathroom.

Anyhow, back to my point, I will be using this section of the blog to post exercise ideas I can handle.
