I promised myself I would be in honest with this journal. Losing weight on my own is tough. I’m up a little over a pound this week.
I was going to try and come up with an excuse, but the truth is I just didn’t eat very well. I found myself snacking on things I shouldn’t. Eating more than I should at other meals.
The week was stressful. I need to continue to improve my lifestyle. It’s not just about changing what goes into my mouth, but the why and how much. I need to separate eating from my emotions.
Anyhow it’s time for me to head into work.
