Article – Up 2 Stones in 30 days

Good Morning,

A friend of mine posted the following article on Facebook this morning.

The gist of the article is that this healthy guy decides to drink 10 cokes a day for 30 days. The results are amazing, but to be fair that is a lot of extra sugar. Why 10 cokes? Why not 1 or 2? He was definitely pushing the envelope on what would be considered normal drinking. I would think half of that number would probably be a much more realistic goal.

That being said, he put on 23 lbs in 30 days. The only thing he added was coke to his diet. I still say moderation is key. He added an extra 1500 calories a day to his diet. So take from it what you will. I’m interested in hearing any thoughts you had on this.
