Weekly Weigh-In #3 – A little goes a long way

Good Morning,

Its time to face the music.

347.0 pounds. I am down .4 pounds, or a little over six ounces. I’ll take that for a Holiday week any day! Sadly I’m still a little up from where I started, but that is alright.

I plan on trying to eat Breakfast at home for the next week. This will save me some much needed cash, but also it will reduce the calories. Those Crossanwhich’s may be good, but they certainly aren’t good for my waist line!

If anyone has advice on how to make this process easier I’d love to hear it.
